You have 2 sets of keys to the house. In each one you’ll find:

• The key with the black label is for the main entrances to the complex (there are 3 entrances).
• The largest key is for the entrance to the house.
• The key with no label opens the sliding door of the dining room.

On 1 set of keys only you’ll find:

• A round black key which gives automatic access to the main entrances of the complex.
• A long black key for the car park. To enter the car park, just insert the key into the slot at the beginning of the ramp.

The house has 3 floors with stairs. The private terrace has an exit to the common area. The terrace has an automatic awning. The buttons to activate it are next to the large sliding door of the dining room. 

The television has Netflix, so if you have an account, you can enter your code and continue watching your favourite series, films, or documentaries.

The Wi Fi router is in the dining room. Please don’t disconnect it, otherwise you’ll lose the signal. On the 1st floor you’ll find a Wi Fi signal amplifier. If possible, please don’t disconnect that either. You’ll find a password written on top of the router.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and washing machine which are easy to use, but if you have any problems, just ask us. 

In the bedrooms, some of the curtains come with a click system instead of a cord. Just lower the curtain a little and you can move it as much as you wish.

The bedroom windows have blinds. Next to these there are belts for lowering and raising them as needed

1. The use of the shower before entering the swimming pool is obligatory and no exceptions are accepted.
2. In the swimming pool and community garden a hygienic and safe behaviour is expected. It is not allowed to:
   • Bring glass (bottles, cups, etc),
   • Bring stretchers and chairs.
   • Bring food and leave the trash/leftovers after consumption
   • Carry out prohibited activities
3. The purpose of the swimming pool is bathing and swimming. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring balls, inflatables and other objects that hinder the full enjoyment of the pool. However, the use of life vests/belts for the ones who may need them, are not included in this prohibition, as long as they are used for this purpose.
4. The use of swimming suits in the pool is obligatory and it is forbidden to use the pool partially or fully naked or without the proper cloth.
5. During the daily cleaning the swimming pool can’t be used.
6.  Special attention will be paid to the observance of the following regulation (article 3 of the community statutes): “To avoid overcrowding, the use of the garden and the swimming pool is restricted to a maximum of 8 people per house”.
7. In the community area no barbeques or private parties are allowed. These activities cannot be carried out in the private garden of the house.
8. In the garden/common area, games such as football, badminton, etc, that could damage the grass and plants or disturb the residents are not allowed. Riding bicycles in this area is also forbidden.
9. The community area, such as the passages, corridors, stairs and the central garden area can’t be used for the storage of: toys, garbage, furniture and/or any other objects.
10. It is prohibited to hang cloth in visible places (in the common and/or private area).
11. It is prohibited to store in the private terraces and gardens: cleaning utensils, bicycles, strollers, furniture other than garden furniture, etc.
12. The schedule/timetables of the Residential Complex “Parc Sant Ramon de S’Agaró” is from 9am to 12am during the period from May until October (both included) and from 8am until 10pm during the rest of the year.
13. It is the resident’s responsibility to ensure that animals/pets do not go loose in the community area, for this reason a specific prohibition is established.
14. The owners/landlords have the duty to respond before the Community, for the acts of their tenants, considering all the effects provided here, as if they had made them themselves.

In the same street you’ll find differently coloured containers:

Black: for all non-recyclable waste.
Brown: organic materials (you must put them in an organic bag)
Blue: paper and folded cardboard
Yellow: Plastic packaging
Green: Glass receptacles
